Our Mission
Our mission is to help prevent violence against women and girls, forming alliances with relevant public and private companies in the City of London to create a framework which can ultimately be adopted nationally.
Our Safer City is a collaborative effort, and we can’t have achieved it without our community and valued partners.

Don Randall MBE
A senior member of the security community who has been working in the industry for over 30 years, firstly serving with the City of London Police for 26 years. He was then appointed as MD at JPMorgan Chase as International Security Manager. In 2008, Don was appointed Head of Security at the Bank of England and in 2013 was appointed as the Bank’s first Chief Information Security Officer. Don’s unique contribution to the security sector has been in establishing and leading several key public-private security partnerships that have become pivotal to security in London, nationally and globally.
Heather Butler
Heather is a Board Advisor and Consultant, focused on strategy development, corporate governance, risk management and transformational change for fintechs and SMEs. She has experience delivering transformational change and operational services in highly regulated complex, public and private sector environments. This includes 15 years with the Financial Services Authority (Chief of Staff / Programme Director) and the Bank of England (Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) Chief Operating Officer/ Head of Regulatory Operations), as well as a C-suite career in an early stage fintech and at Pay.UK. She also held a role as Non Executive for the Group Audit Committee of the Law Society promoting public access to justice.

Stuart is a founding partner in Mindset Associates. Mindset Associates is an innovative change agency who help organisation “Change And Grow”. Prior to Mindset Associates Stuart has held senior management roles in Change Management, Customer Experience and Operations within various retail and hospitality sectors including Whitbread, Spirit, William Hill, Kwik Fit and has also had a prior stint of running his own pub business.
