Our Autumn Our Safer City Progress Report documents how we are making tangible impact in preventing violence against women and girls and tackling domestic abuse across the City of London.
Our network of Safe Havens has expanded to 50 in the City – including The Ned – and 210 across Greater London. Over 31,000 safe taxi journeys have been supported through marshalling initiatives.
Over 760 participants completed WAVE and Ask for Angela training, supported by our newly established Steering Group and User Voices Group ensuring the voices of our community guide our development. We also delivered engaging webinars on sexual harassment, domestic abuse, and workplace harassment, reaching more than 150 attendees.
Another highlight was our joint fundraising event with CSSC, which welcomed 150 guests and raised an impressive £22,000 to support ongoing safety initiatives.
