Today marks the launch of the second survey, aimed at gathering crucial feedback on how safe women feel in public spaces. Following the success of our first survey in 2023, this new initiative focuses not only on assessing women’s safety but also on evaluating the effectiveness of the initiatives introduced over the past year.
Many women travel through, work, and visit the City of London each day, yet some areas and times still leave women feeling vulnerable. As a community-driven initiative, we are dedicated to ensuring that everyone feels secure, and we want to hear directly from you about how we can improve safety in these spaces.
This survey is open to all, but it places a special emphasis on women who live, work, socialise, or spend time in the City. It’s your chance to provide vital feedback on safety measures and suggest additional steps to create an even safer environment.
Since our last survey, we’ve implemented a series of safety measures, including Taxi Marshalling, Safer Havens, and analysis of key hotspots. We now want to know how these initiatives have helped and what more we can do to make our city feel safer for everyone.
Your input helps us build a safer, stronger community. Please take a few moments to complete the survey and make your voice heard.
