Prevent VAWG Survey 3 2025

Our third survey on women’s safety in the City is now open, continuing our mission to understand and improve how safe women feel in public spaces across the City of London. Building on the insights from our first two surveys, this latest round focuses on measuring progress, identifying remaining challenges, and shaping the next steps in our safety strategy.

Every day, women travel through, work, and spend time in the City — yet there are still moments and places where many feel unsafe. This survey gives you the chance to tell us what’s working, what isn’t, and where we can do more to create an environment where everyone feels secure.

While the survey is open to all, we’re particularly keen to hear from women who live, work, socialise, or regularly visit the City. Your experiences and ideas will directly influence how we prioritise future safety measures.

Since launching our safety initiative, we’ve introduced actions such as Taxi Marshalling, Safer Havens, and targeted hotspot analysis. We want to know: have these measures made a difference to you? And what further steps would help you feel safer?

Your feedback has already driven real change — now, with your continued input, we can keep building a safer, stronger community. Please take a few minutes to share your views and help us make the City a place where everyone can feel confident and protected.
