We’re proud to introduce the Our Safer City Workplace Pledge, a practical commitment for organisations that want to take meaningful action to prevent violence against women and girls (VAWG) and domestic abuse (DA).
The pledge supports organisations in building safer, more respectful workplaces by setting clear expectations, strengthening policies, and ensuring staff are equipped to recognise and respond to concerns.
By signing the pledge, your organisation is committing to:
