Safe journeys, safer nights

The taxi marshalling scheme provides a safe place to wait for a black cab. The marshals, who are licensed black cab drivers, manage and control the queue, prevent conflicts, and encourage black cabs to attend this location at night.

This initiative is made possible through the generous support of Eastern City and Aldgate Business Improvement Districts (BIDs) together with Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA) funding from City of London Corporation and the Worshipful Company of Hackney Carriage Drivers.
